Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

Pickup at our store on Granville Island is free and available any day of the week (Monday-Sunday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm PST) that Granville Island is open (closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day).

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.

Your order will be held for 2 weeks. We will send a pick up reminder after 1 week. If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks, your order will be refunded.

SHIPPING ALL OTHER ORDERS

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use Canada Post and their delivery standard is 2-7 days for delivery within Canada, but they report delays are occurring. Please anticipate some delay in delivery, especially around the holidays.

Free shipping for orders over $300 within Canada only. **Excludes Sid Dickens memory blocks.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We will ship to P.O boxes only within Canada. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gigi@gigib.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
